Substitution Policy
When sending flowers we know that you're interested in sending an arrangment to a loved one just as it looks like on our webiste. Occasionally, substition may occur to your arrangment, due to the availability of flowers given each season and certain flowers provided for each state.
No worries! Our professional florists will take care of your arranmgnet to maintain the same style, theme, and the lovely color schemes we provide. When our delivery drivers show up to your chosen location, it will bring the same warm feelings as the flower arrangment you have chosen!
Further more, the substitution of flowers in each arranmgnet maybe neccessary due to the the demand of certain arranmgnets continuously made on holidays. In single arranmgnets such as plants or orchids, colors may vary.
Returns / Refund Policy
All sales are final.
As flowers are delicate and perishable the reciepient must water and take care of the flowers with the instructions given on the back of our cards.
If you are ordering flowers for someone, please make sure you are choosing something they would prefer. Style preferences are no grounds for returns.
If you have specific questions on a certain order please make sure to contact us for availability.
It is your responsibility, as the sender, to ensure that the recipient will be at the location you have chosen upon delivery and the delivery date. If the recipient is not at the desired location, unbeknownst to us, it is not a cause for a refund. If you want to change locations after we have tried to already deliver , another delivery fee will be added. Depending on the zip code will determine the cost.
For any business deliveries, please call a day before to ensure a prompt delivery to the location.Please provide the floor, business suit , and business name when calling.
Dont worry though! Our flowers are always fresh and always come out the door looking beautiful. We are very organized with timed deliveries so there will be no issues on our part.

COVID-19 Health, Safety & Flower Delivery Update
Yes We are Still Delivering Flowers
Despite the uncertainty of COVID-19, we expect to continue to deliver the same level of service and excellence to our customers. We are here to serve you and continue to operate safely and effectively.
At Jasmine Flowers & Gifts, we want to assure you that we are taking every precaution possible to ensure the health and safety of our clients, employees, and partners.
We are closely monitoring the situation and adhering to all CDC protocols and guidelines. We regularly sanitize all work stations, shared spaces, delivery vehicles, and products. Although the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) have no reports of human illnesses that suggest COVID-19 can be transmitted by packaging, food, or fresh products like flowers. Still, we remain vigilant in working to ensure safety remains our top priority.
Specific steps we have taken to protect our staff and customers:
- Daily disinfecting of all facilities including door knobs, countertops, phones, keypads, keyboards, mice, tools, and equipment
- Disinfecting delivery vehicles at the end of each route
- Elimination of the “hand-deliveries” requirement.
- Drivers will notify recipients of delivery and leave the gift at the door
- Pick-up orders will be delivered curbside
- Business orders will be dropped at the front desk.
- Nursing homes and hospital deliveries will follow the protocol set by the facility.
